A fun fitness class with sprinkles of dance moves. We would call it a mixture of a Twerkercise class and Butts and Guts.
8:30p Sexy Chair
A dance class that uses a chair for a prop. Although, it is a dance class, you will definitely get an aerobic workout, while boosting your level of confidence!!!
Heels are preferred, but sneakers are accepted!
