Sis… if your spirit’s been tired, your mind’s been heavy, or you just need a gentle reset, Self-Affirming Sunday is for you. This pop-up is a warm, faith-filled space where you can breathe, move, pray, and pour back into you.
We’ll start with Churchercise — a slow, uplifting, praise-centered movement class that helps you stretch, release stress, and reconnect with God through your body. No pressure, no judgment… just healing in motion.
Then you’ll have the beautiful opportunity to create your own Prayer & Affirmation Pillow — something soft and personal you can pray with, sleep with, and speak life over whenever you need comfort or strength.
Come as you are — overwhelmed, hopeful, healing, curious, or needing a reminder that God has not forgotten you.
